This weekend tyre choice
 

Hi not raced at southport for atleast 2 years what are ballistic greens like compared to schumacher yellows i've got afair few sets of part worn ballistics and schumachers to try and use up with it being high grip thought they'd be ok. And i guess staggers on the front for 2wd

Hi Paul, both work pretty well, the greens obviously wear quicker as they are better in damp or wet (hopefully the weather is looking good for the weekend) tyre of choice for dry is the yellow mini spikes

Another popular choice is Ballistic White Mini Spikes for the rear. If the grip is very high, they tend to reduce grip roll in comparison to the Yellow's. Whereas the Yellow's tend to have marginally better traction on the concrete section. Swings and roundabouts - all will depend on the track layout.

The weather forecast looks good, so expect high to very high grip.
