Can anyone help, looking at buying a set of

Turnigy nano-tech 5100mah 2S3P 65~135C Hardcase Lipo Saddle Pack

Can they be balance charged and if so is there a hole for the balancing pin.

Yes they can be balance charged

The white plug, plugs into a balance board or side of your charger
