Container attempted break in
 

Does anyone have a rivet gun to repair the damage that has been done ? I can be there anytime tonight to help repair it but I don't have a rivet gun or rivets

I have one but am currently on the west coast of Cumbria :thumbdown:

I'm going down now Paul , see if I can patch it up to make it secure

Cripes... Hope you can secure it....has anything been stolen..? Is it worth reporting to the police.?
Some swines will break into anything.....we had a constant vandalism problem years ago but our container was not as strong as the Batley one..

Nothing taken , they didn't get in , it's as secure as a joiner can make a steel container :)

I've been down this afternoon with a borrowed gun and re riveted it so we should be ok now :thumbsup:

No I didn't Neal but when you see it you can tell just how close they were to getting in

Did they attack the door end, or the window end?
Do we need to beef up the security?

It was the window that we don't normally open unless its a big event , they had pulled the sheet steel away from the frame , the only way it can be be made stronger is to weld it ! Rather than rivets
