Anyone NOT racing in regionals?

Well we're into the busy season for regionals which inevitably has an effect on numbers of racers turning up on club nights. TyneMet are always a bit light on the buggy class during this time so if your normal racing has been suspended and you're not entering the regionals, why not join us at TyneMet on a Monday until your usual venue is back to regular running?

Seaham is back on the 18th August.

is there no north east TC regionals that tyne met could be involved in to help attract attention and draw interest?
Or is there no way you would entertain the idea of adding an event to the buggy regional calendar which could be used as a platform to advertise the club to the public and buggy racers

Not sure if there's regional TC races Afro. And getting racers on a Monday night is difficult enough at the moment nevermind trying to get TC lads to piggyback a buggy regional. A nice idea mind, maybe something to put the feelers out with next year. Cheers
We did do Corbridge performance car show last year outdoors on tarmac but while being a day out, I don't think it benefitted the club at all. Even then only a handfull turned up:(

Just a reminder as I know some clubs aren't running due to others having race series etc - anyone who's regular race night is cancelled is welcome at TyneMet on a Monday if you cant go a week without racing :(
