Tekin 1900kv gearing in dex408

Hi,

I have been running a 2650kv in my Dex408 but have decided to go for a more sensible 1900kv.

Just wondering what size pinions people are running on this kv motor ?

Thanks

I run a 18t with my 2100kv, maybe start with a 20t?
I have run with a 22t with the 2100kv but was just to much top end! (On tack)

I was running my 2650kv on 15 to make it driveable

Well, that depends A LOT on the track and driving style. Racing i usually need around 280-290mah per minute and translates into 14-15 minutes with 4200mah shortys :)

we are running 18T in 1400kv 6S which is equivalent to a 2100kv in 4S in terms of rpm

for the mbx6 -> 16T in 1900kv
