What config of lipos you running?

Hi guys, not raced 2wd in a while. What's the thoughts on lipo configuration in the mr2 running mid motor?

Saddles or shorty the favourite?

Cheers

Not tried shorty...but loving it with Saddles!

Got your old Reedy saddles in mine with 90g of weight under it for WORM/outdoors, and just use 35g under it for Caldicot indoors.

Not sure I've seen anyone use shorty myself so far..but would be interested to hear thoughts on it.

I run a shorty and it's ace. Car is super light and just works.

I run both saddles and shorty packs. I hv to add a fair bit of weight on the shorties to bring it up to the same weight as the saddles so i dont hv inconsistencies when i run the different packs. The only reason i do this is so that i can use the batts i already hv rather than buy specific batts for different cars. Purely a cost savings move.

I've tried shorty forward and shorty back but I reckon saddles with 80g underneath is quickest.

Had its first proper run at RHR at weekend. Really pleased but still some work to do.

Finished 4th in the C so not too bad.

Running shorty's across the back with 130g under lipo weight, tempted to try shorty down through the middle? Anybody tried it yet?
