Yes its Saturday this week, so who's in?

DrPaul 10-06-2013 09:26 PM

2WD for me...I love Yokomo!

mrspeedy 10-06-2013 09:27 PM

Good work  Mr A finalist :woot:

blue_pinky 10-06-2013 10:12 PM

I'm in...love my Yokomo too!

But which to drive?!?!? Both so much fun!

Only hope the weather holds out and at least stays dry :woot::)

shaungooner 11-06-2013 07:51 AM

i have a pass so will be sharing my Team C 2wd love

gonna order tyres today am i right that yellow schueys or white ballistics are the choice in the dry and green schuey or ballistic when wet

i have yellow mini spike rears and yellow cut stagger lp fronts so that's a dry set but what else works?

Dombrasky 11-06-2013 11:54 AM

Hi Shaun
For the last two meetings ive been running yellow lp cut staggers up front and yellow minipins on the rear, its been dry and hot and they worked a treat, also bb white on the rear work,as do schumi yellow minispike
when damp bb green on the rear or db multibyte b when wet :)

Mowen208fly 11-06-2013 12:05 PM

4WD Action for me:thumbsup:

shaungooner 11-06-2013 12:17 PM

thanks Rick

I've got yellow mini pins and mini spikes for the rear and yellow lp cut staggers for the front

Got some green BB's on the way for the rear

what do you use on the front when wet?

blue_pinky 11-06-2013 01:07 PM

Pretty sure the cut staggers are ok if it's damp/slightly wet..unless it's really wet then a bb green front would be a better bet. It's more about getting the drive wheels hooked up on 2wd in the wet to be honest!

Weather looks dry/cloudy and cooler, with chance of light showers late on currently...but a long way to go yet for the forecasts...

cheers Andy

I also asked some advice from a friend who runs on astro elsewhere who said to try silver lp cut staggers in the wet, so I've got a set of those to try!

see you on Saturday, is it booking in from 9am?

Danosborne6661 12-06-2013 08:50 AM

Should be along Saturday! Not 100% sure if I've fixed my buggy with the issues I was having so hoping we have a good load of us along for TRUCKS again :D

SUGG 13-06-2013 04:28 PM

Providing weather holds and I sort my jet lag out I will be there running 2wd :)

Even i may turn up with my truck. depends on how i manage the early morning as taking mrs to work for 9. Then i got to pop into town to do some important stuff. So hoping i can get there in time, and it stays dry

Danosborne6661 14-06-2013 01:17 PM

Danosborne6661 14-06-2013 01:19 PM
