New Faulty Lipo !!!

Had a mate of mine trying to get back into racing, which with 1 of his new purchases is a brand new Voltz 2500mah 30c stick pack.

He hasnt bought a charger yet so i said i would charge the lipo for him only to find a Low Voltage error on the charger (Core RC UAC40).

So i got my volt meter out to find out the voltage to find this.....

WTF, how can this lipo voltage be that low and also how has it not bloated up or gone up in flames ???

Needless to say ive told my mate to send it back !!!
