Delivery of broken lipo
 

Just got home from work to find my lipo saddles have been delivered, the wife had signed for them as I was at work but came home to find that one of them had expanded so much its came out the plastic casing. Sent off to customer services but the box an everything had no damage at all but where do I stand as the wife signed for them but she wouldn't have a clue, is that me up the poop shoot for a return?
