What sort of format is it in?

Obviously it will be a video of how not to do it :)

Not sure on the format, but im sure it can be converted to anything that you want.
Would I be better just uploading to youtube and sending the link to be posted on the website.

I also have an e-mail from the people at bbk with regards onlinbe entry and how it works if someone want me to forward that to them as well.
