losi xcelorin 6.5 combo powerless

Running losi combo but it has no bottom end and the top end is very slow.Have checked power curve and gone through the settings on the laptop and running 22,84 ina losi 22 and i can run faster down the straight. The motor timing is high and running 20,45 c lipo,s and it still dog slow. When the throttle is pushed hard from still it sounds like it takes ages to get going, have checked tranny settings and my old brushed system is 3 times as fast.Any ideas or has it blown something and is going to the bin. thanks jon

have update the firmware to the most recent one?

reset the esc setting to default through computer program

set the timing to normal and see if that works too

Thanks for the info .Have reset to one of the preset profiles for modified and it seems alot more responsive and higher speed.Rewired into my 4wd will try at hinkley if the grass is short and the trimmings picked up.Couldn,t update the firmware as last time did that it corrupted the speedo then it went back to losi. thanks...

I have the Xcelorin system, and while normally very good and smooth it has been known to lose its memory..... Resetting via the set up card or computer has fixed it.. Just check settings from time to time or when it loses power.. Good luck..

Hmm that seems strange

You google "firmware losi esc" it should come up with the correct firmware

Maybe you installed the incorrect firmware which corrupted it?

Heres the correct one you need

http://losi.com/Support/XcelorinDownloads.aspx

and then choose

Firmware for 1/10 Xcelorin Sensored ESC (LOSB9500) ONLY

Hope that helps
