My sv2 with a svr shell on

Robbiejuk 23-05-2013 11:55 AM

I brought this one for mine.

Which i believe is the SVR shell precut for the sv2.

It is a good fit, both with and without the undertray.

I think most people run this or the bulldog.

Anybody know if FTW ever make that fugly shell for SV fit the Sv2?

Here some Pics of my SV2 with both stock and the cab forward shell, in similar Paint. I usually run the cab forward shell, because the stock one looks just too flat. if it really changes handling, i don't know.

I'll try get a Proline shell if i have time, because it looks like it fits the shape of the chassisplate, narrowing the car down.

The SVR shell and the SV2 cab forward look the same, however, they aren't! The SVR shell is shorter than the SV2 Cab forward.

So, if you want the Schumacher shell, it's a good idea to make sure you get the SV2 version, not the SVR.

Anyone know any shop with an svr shell will be looking to get one in a few weeks

PaulRotheram 24-05-2013 04:57 PM

Cheers for the pictures guys, I've got my SV2 kit and building it now. I also ordered the Schumacher cab forward SV2 shell, its pre-cut and only £14.99 with window masks!

Will get a thread up once I've finished building.

2-alex-2 MB Models have a SVR shell in stock
