track power lipo wont balance?

hello everyone i have 2 trackpower 3200 lipos 1 of them wont balance well it wont even charge if i have the balance lead pluged in i have a bc6 bantom charger with the track power balancer lead. 1 Lipo is working perfect but the other one wont it keeps coming up this error on the charger (battery vol err cell connect) witch means there is a bad connection at the individual connector . please check the connector and calbles carfully. i have checked and all looks fine its nothin to do with the charger because it works fine on my other battery. The lipo will charge if i dont have the balancer lead pluged in anyone no what it can be?

All the best carl

If you have a volt meter you can check the individual voltages to see if there is a problem . If you are unable to do this give TrakPower/FlightTech a call on 01763848404 and go through to the tech support. They will be able to help you and replace the pack under warranty if there is a problem.

If the pack is charging fine then it's likely the 1.5mm balancing plug connection has a problem. Either the little plug on the pack is the culprit or the plug on your balancer lead or the adapter that plugs into your charger.

Check the connections with a voltmeter. That ought to solve your poblem.

It must be the balancer plug on the battery becauase the lead is fine with my other battery. Is there a fix for this or is it a replacment from trakpower?

thanks carl
