RB6 Building shocks

Ive built the shocks but they dont seem to have any rebound at all is this right? Is this because they dont use the bladders?

Damo, sorry if its a silly question but are you filling your shocks from the top or the bottom?

I have seen people fill them from the top before as physically you can do it but the best way is to fill them from the bottom and screw the bottom (cartridge) in last, this way you should be able to set as much or as little rebound as you like

Zero rebound is what you want.

Fill the shock from the bottom, push the shaft so the ballcup touches the cartridge, insert slowly piston first et let it get down by its own weight, wait for a while then put the shaft up 45deg with bleed hole on cartridge up.
Fully tighten with cartridge too, push up and down shaft then full down and let it find its stop (around 1cm of rebound).
Use the cartridge tool, unscrew one turn or so and push the shaft then screw it back. You should have minimum rebound (3-4mm).

Watch for any compression effect at near zero rebound. If you have too much oil you will feel more strength is needed at the end of the travel and you don't want that at all. If you set the rebound as explain this should not be an issue but always check that as it may ruin handling.
