Gearing

Nearly ready with my mugen/tekno conversion,I have bought a 14t pinion,with the standard spur gear(is it best to use metal spur or plastic),wondering what tooth spur and pinion would be best,I'm running a tenshock 1850 motor and hobby wing 150 esc,will be run mostly on astro(frankley) any help or tips would be great cheers

I have the Mugen Eco and it comes with a 14t pinion stock.Plastic spurs are fine and a lot quieter!

Gearing wise i run 19/44 but i have an 80mm long 1800kv Neu castle motor.....
