Revolution Design DEX210 PLUS11 Aluminium Chassi

FUNCTION & DESIGN
The RDRP DEX210 Plus11 Aluminium Chassis is designed to replace the kit chassis with an 11 millimetre longer variant. Extensive testing showed that the Plus11 chassis outperforms both the standard length kit as well as all original or aftermarket +8mm chassis in terms of weight balance, jumping characteristics, handling and overall performance by creating a buggy that is easier to drive and easier to set-up. Precision CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised black for a more durable finish the RDRP Plus11 chassis is more than twice as rigid as the Team Durango standard chassis for a more precise on-track feeling and improved durability. Beside making for a faster buggy it also is specially designed for the use with Revolution Design Racing Product's #RDRP0186 210 Series Low-Roll-Center suspension mounts as it features special machining around the rear suspension arm area in order to create full clearance for the wishbones. Due to the increased wheelbase running a front brass bulkhead is not a necessity anymore making for an overall lighter buggy. The chassis also sports a specially machined heat sink design underneath the mid-motor area and comes including the necessary S-shaped chassis side rail extensions which are of course CNC-machined from high quality aluminium, black anodised and laser-etched for that ultimate factory look.

APPLICATION
The RDRP DEX210 Plus11 Aluminium Chassis is designed to replace the kit chassis of the Team Durango DEX210 and DEX210 RTR. Converting a RTR kit required additional parts such as the DEX210 chassis plastic side pods.

SPECIFICATIONS

Im interested but Im more interested in what TD are going to bring out soon with the new RTR kits or chassis.

Wonder also if TD will bring out their own + something alu chassis, I think it maybe cheaper as well.

Indeed, RDRP also tested a +8mm and then decided that the +11mm was better, so opted for that choice....

Built mine last week. FYI the +8mm Durango body fits the +11mm just fine.

I guess they didn't want to send many to the U.S because they sold out in a matter of hours at U.S suppliers! I wanted to get one but now looks like I have to wait another few months till we get more?
