Big Bore vented shock caps

I fitted some to my SV2, thought I'd give them a go. See them HERE

I love these new shock caps...makes building consistent emulsion shocks a breeze.

Hey, when I search for k12 red grease it says "manufactured from best quality vegetable oil". I think the grease is probably not the best for the o-rings.

I'm trying this grease:

Silicone o-rings --> silicone oil ---> silicone grease :)

Bit more expensive then the k12 grease, but much better than the tiny AE tube of Green Slime for 3£. My shocks are smooth as butter and no leaks. It's like there aren't even any o-rings installed there's so little friction.

As I understand it K12 is entirely compatible with natural and synthetic rubbers also chemicals, it is commonly used in much more critical applications than we will ever use it (automotive brakes).
I am happy to give it a go. :)
