Good Morning.... wasn't sure where to post this so general it is...

I purchased the name decals from the main page here included the shipping paid with paypal and after a month I haven't seen them. I have emailed [email protected] and sent PM's to him via the forum without a response. Anyhow how long does it take to get decals to the states?
