Left Handed Transmitters!

I'm looking for some advice on which left handed transmitters are out there in the wide world of RC,

So, does anyone know of some relativity cheap (around £100-150 second hand or new) transmitters that can be converted for the left handed of us?

I've been told about the DX3R / Pro, and they look like a good option I just want to see what else is out there,

Thanks,

Might want to change the title of the thread, might get a bit more help then!

Ok I am now lost. if your on about transmitters and sticks or wheels?

If you use sticks and want to swop over why not buy a cheap old KO Esprit 2 and unscrew the steering and throttle sections and rotate, then all you do is swop over the reciever plugs and job done. However youll need to buy a Frsky 2.4ghz hack and receiver (total shouldnt cost more than £30) and just solder in and fit the aerial and job done.

I am also left handed and I think this thread means wheel radio's
I have been using the futaba 4pk and 4pks radios, which are easily converted
There is also the sanwa m11x which I feel is a bit bigger and bulkier
And also the new Sanwa M12. The cheaper Sanwa option is the mt4
Also there are older sanwa and futaba handsets, its just looking through the for sale page

I've always used Sanwa wheel transmitters, good quality kit and can be converted just by popping a couple of screws out. I'm a righty, but for some weird reason like to steer with my left hand... so need a radio that converts! I have also played with the Futaba 3PK, again a good radio that will convert, I just didn't find it quite as comfortable as the Sanwa.

I may have an M11 for sale at the moment second hand that would be in your price range, waiting to hear back from some one on it. Drop me a PM if you're interested.

My bad I was on about wheels,

MrMagoo I am the same as you, I'm right handed but prefer to control the throttle with my right hand,

So I've been looking at the M11 and M11X, the differences I am seeing are that the M11 has a changeable module, and the M11X doesn't, are there any other differences between the two?

personally I think I am a fan of the Sanwa over the Futaba,

I have also been told about the Abisma CR4T, - which are £150 new, (looks like a good contender) has anyone had any experience with these?
It appears they are quite new,

I'm actually selling the M11 as I got an M11X last year, and can't really justify having the two. TBH they are really as good as each other. I like the fact yo can change modules in the M11, but I like the fact the M11X takes a couple less batteries. The M11X is also a little faster than the M11, but I'm no Lee Martin so it doesn't really make much difference to me, I may be crash a little faster:lol: The 11X also has a few extra features, but nothing I'd ever use.
