Engine temps

Just got my self a new digital engine temp meter. Im trying to find out what a safe temp to run my 21 Alpha Luts on 25% would be. any ideas ?

Tune it to where its happy on the floor not by temp only usually around 220/ 230f at the end of a qualli

yerh ive always tuned on the box to a point. the temp sensor if for exactly as you said, end of a heat. just so i know the final tune dosnt leave the motor too hot. so around 220/230f it is. thanks :)
