Who makes Shock Mounts?

Just looked at the price for a couple of Vega rear shock mounts, and I'm shocked!

Any after market jobs for them?

Not sure if they already do one for it, but you could get Fibrelight to make one.

+1 for Fibre-Lyte!

http://www.fibre-lyte.co.uk/

they can copy pretty much any sample, offer differing thicknesses and are indeed the manufacturers of many products offered by other third parties. Have used their services on many occasions and always pleased with the product, they do know about carbon fibre!

Wes at JollyGoodz made some funky clear 'perspex' shock towers for Vega RB5's that were popular cos of their strength and value over stock.

pretty sure he could make one for any car with the right info or a broken one to work from,

sure he won't mind me putting this link up for PM'ing:

worth a try?

Whilst you are at it get a JollyGoodz front shock tower protector... they are ace

Here is one I have had made for the Vega which uses Schumacher wing mounts, it has a high and low wing positions, 5mm thick and an five shock position (the kit tower only has three)

:)

There is also a spacer to move the tower back in 2mm increments.

(The picture also shows 2mm lower K1 towers - for more droop)
