Spektrum DX3R PRO or Sanwa MT-4?

Hi!

Just wanted everyone's advice on which is faster/better,

I have a dx3r pro at the moment but looking to upgrade.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.

I had a Spektrum DX3S but then went to a MT4 and the Sanwa feels better and higher quality and now I have no issues with glitching etc. I find the MT4 fits and feels better and more natural, the plastic feels better quality too.
The only downside is the cost of the receivers, a RX471 is £80 whilst Spektrum receivers are about half that price.

I did just that upgrade and feel the same as badger.

I got the drop down from Grid RC as well and love the radio. They are pretty cheap and there are several receivers that you can use. Although costing a little more I think its well worth it

more of the same :) not one glitch in over a year and 471 rx £55 from hk

Ive just changed to the MT4 and the middle range sanwa feels loads better quality over my dx3r. In reply to rx price. With the ability to change operating mode that brings the ansmann racing rx in to play which I thing is quite cheap.

Really liking the drop down from grid, but it is just too expensive at the mo. i'm hoping someone else brings out a cheaper alternative. Also looking for a custom skin, haven't been able to find anyone in the uk who does them yet.

Thanks guys , appreciate all the replys!

Sanwa MT-4 it is.

Anyone interested in buying a mint condition DX3R PRO contact me

Doesn't Jon Miller or Mark Kay make skins for these? normally when they don't have the skin template they ask for your transmitter for a couple of days to make the template..

Thanks.

Saying that its way cheaper to get the drop down than the M12 and I hope no one brings out a cheaper one as its not cheap to produce and its a quality product. Support them I say

Skins I can do, thins one I did for my boys.. a lot happening on it but I may try with another one later. I got my skin fron rcallstickers but thought they left out a fair few bits that I redone for this one, like:
Around the whole base where it say MT4
Around the trim and under by the trigger.
Several bits on the back

The Ansmann receivers are the same price as the sanwa ones, unless you can get a RX+TX for cheap and throw the TX

Mark Kay at TKRRC.COM has a M12 template.

I believe the MT-4 and M12 are exactly the same design, just different specs.

I think you'll find the designs of the MT4 and M11 are totally different. Just not idea time to send my radio away to a painter for a skin template. Will check with Mark though and see what he can do.
