B-max 2 mr

Do any other shock tops fit the yokomo shocks

cryer-evo 12-04-2013 08:35 AM

I believe the ae ones will but not 100% on that

I've got no idea! There a fair chance you'll find another manufacturers that'll fit, the big bore shocks designs are all pretty similar in size....but they are threaded obviously, so you'd need to find an exact match.

What are you trying to do? Have you had any probs with the standard ones? Not sure many/anyone will have tried any others unless they've had issues.

You'll need to be careful with sealing etc.

What issues have you Had? I've had no problems at all with any of my zyok shocks.

dont see why you would need to use any others really.

As long as you dont overtighten the bleed screw and strip the thread they are awesome. But thats the same with any shock top unless you run bladders

As I overtightened several bleed screws, I was looking for an alternative, too. Someone on rctech checked AE, and they are too big.
My solution is to use only the insert of my hex driver (AE 1655) to ensure I don't overtighten any bleed screws again. ;)
