Xray 808 nitro spares the same as 808 brushless?

Needing a quick reply. Cany anyone let me know if I have an 808e is a 2010 808 nitro rolling chasis going to be fine to buy as a donor car for spares.

Im aware that not everything will fit, but the main things like arms, drivetrain, diffs etc etc ?
