truck class?

with dynamix once again open. and outdoor racing an option once again.
was wondering if it would be possible to run a truck heat?

obviously it would be based on interest and number of drivers but if enough people turned up with trucks would it be possible to run them?

by trucks i'm refering to 2wd stadium trucks, 2wd SCT's and 4wd SCT's

having run a stadium truck many years ago, i can say that they are great fun, and i'd love to get another. i also like the look of SCT's and think its a class thats lacking quite a bit here in the north east

Don't you think we should all practice racing 10th off road buggies?? We are miles behind the national average of driver skill levels...Greg is the exception to that!! 10th off road forever!!!!

Not really bothered about "national average" I do this for fun.

trucks look like fun, so figured I'd ask the question

I always worry when people try to push other classes when normally there isn't enough people to do 10th off road.....just don't want to lose any drivers from 10th off road....you included!!!
This year should be epic with regionals due to the increasing numbers of people racing locally!

wont be dropping from my buggy at all so no worries there, looking forward to breaking my cars all over the place in the regionals :-)

just seems that trucks are gaining in popularity again, with Durango, associated, losi and team C all having a 10th off-road stadium truck on offer, based on the 2wd buggy.
and an additional class could only be good for attracting additional people that may not like the look of buggys

As u say mate if there was enough interest I don't see why not as I too like the look off SCT's an thought about it myself. If u know of some other guys that are thinking about it to let me know an I'll try an get something sorted :)

I've got a losi xxx-nt nitro stadium truck which is good fun but my main problem is the tires don't last much if not any longer than buggy tires, which is a bit of a bummer when they cost around an extra £20 for a full set of 4 tires/foams/wheels !!! :/
