Iain was in a league of his own today, and I'm the fastest old man of the day!

Well done to Mellish who as John said was on another level all day, I don't think he even altered his car, tq'd 3 from 4 rounds and won the final.
Well done to John also who had a great result.
My car as awesome, wish my driving was as good as the car!
Well run meeting today well done to the Broxtowe massive for hosting the event which must have seen 20 more drivers than last year ?

Thanks to the Broxtowe club for an extremely well run meeting. I really enjoyed my first meeting on this track.

Please can someone explain the scoring, why do some drivers have the same points, and why are the points gaps between the positions random?

dbizzle5 08-04-2013 09:49 PM

Points are scored for qualifying and final results. 100 down for both. So a TQ and win is 200. Qualify 3rd and finish 5th would be 98+96 etc.

Ah, OK, that makes sense now. Thanks for the explanation. :)

I have the results from the SC and the open round but I hadn't posted them because it had been agreed that the SC round only counted when it was a 4wd buggy event?

However I can post them for subsequent rounds for both 2wd and 4wd, but it's only the rounds when it's 4wd buggies that will get scored into the spreadsheet.

Hope that helps?

Thanks, Nigel.
