Hi
i had the same question about 210 gearing this is what i found
According to Novak the recomended gearing for a 2wd buggy is 9.5

if you then look at this
http://www.petitrc.com/setup/durango..._GearChart.pdf
notice the spur only goes to 87 which is std, if you get 87 or smaller spur it will move the motor nearer the rear axle
another problem running a bigger spur is that you may not have room to get a big enough pinion on

I think i'm running a 24/83 at the moment with an 8.5.

I couldn't get a big enough pinion on with the stock 87 spur (25 was the biggest IIRC). So with a 91, you will probably only be able to get a 21/22 on there.
Might be time for some smaller spurs.......

I ran 24/87 with an lrp 7.5 at Silverstone and pretty much everywhere else.

I think this also depends a bit on what motor you are using here

I have a SpeedPassion v3 7.5t running a 24t/87t. This is for a small/medium indoor track at Maritime so would likely go to a 26t for outdoors

Depends on all variables, I used to run29/87 with a 10.5 blinky mode, now run a 23/87 in boosted mode with the 10.5.
