Are rubber tyres available?

Can you get wheels with rubber tyres on for supastox cars? tyres that would be suitable for use on a smooth tarmac car park for example, i've searched around but everything seems to be foam carpet tyres.

Foam only to my knowledge. To be honest there not designed for tarmac

No rubber tyres specifically made for them, but tyres made for Tamiya Minis can fit on the wheels. Ideally mini tyres need the tyre rim modifying as they are designed to fit inside a lip on mini wheels, but I have seen them just glued straight on to Mardave wheels and work okay.

If you are going to try mini size tyres, most of them are around 55mm in diameter but Tamiya make some that are 60mm. I would suggest the Shimizu ones sold by Schumacher as they are readily available in the UK.
