Booking in for Broxtowe now available at www.me-or.co.uk under pre booking. Its a new system for this year but if you just follow the instructions its fairly straight forward.

Right guys booking in seems to be going well so far.

We have had a few people who have only used the booking in form for the regional and not filled in the drivers details form.

For this year we are only using 1 computer for all rounds of the regional series and it will have a brand new archive that it uses so regardless of whether you have raced in the Mid East region before we still need you to fill in the booking in form.

You will only have to fill in the Drivers details form in once this year, and then for all the other rounds you can just fill in the regional entry forms.

Can anybody summarise the formula for the regional events?
Heats number? Finals?
Time starting in the morning for the Broxtowe event?
What time the track will be available for practice?
..Plus any other useful info for a newcomer..

Can u just turn up tomorrow as been trying to book in on line for the past 20 mins and can't get past the security word :(

Booking in closes on the friday night before the meeting. Only way to book in is on the day now. All the details are on me-or.co.uk.

that's ok I make sure I book in Friday before the round :blush:

Remind me to put a booking in closing time on the forms. In fact I will do it now.

Quick note though that booking in for Sunday only meetings will close the Friday night before, and for weekend meeting they will close on the wednesday night before the meeting.
