help

hi all
hope some of you can help
we're getting a load of astro delivered on wednesday
not sure what time yet should be late afternoon
if anybody can give the club an hour
before racing it would be greatly appreciated

bit more info
we're getting 5 rolls 20x4m
which will enable us to do all the grass
as well as the painted tarmac sections of the infield
been talking to the delivery guys tonight and it looks as though it will be arriving around lunchtime :(

if you can help please let me know as i think i'm going to struggle on my own
at approx 2t per roll :o
