is this ESC BRCA legal for Blinky class?

Hello,
can anyone tell me if these are BRCA legal in combination with a 17.5 for Stock racing?

http://www.lrp.cc/en/products/electr...egler/details/
or
http://www.modelsport.co.uk/index.php?product_id=30694

Also, what would anyone recommend a good BRCA legal "stock" motor to combine with either?

Thanks

Hi, both esc's are blinky approved, the SXX needs to be set in mode 3 with 0 deg timing so the blue light flashes in neutral.
for more info go to BRCA.ORG and go to the 1/12th section then click on 1/12th ciruit rules, the blinky list is near the bottom of the page.
this is the same list used for 1/10th blinky.

As for motor i use the speed passion MMM, but any of the approved motors will be good.
Try to avoid the Nosram/Lrp X12, good motor but runs very hot and quite easy to melt the windings if you get the gearing wrong.

Hope this helps....Paul.

Thanks for the advice.
Might try the speed passion motor.
Thanks again
