New dex210, recommended upgrades?

I just got my first durango, I will finish building it today. It is going together nicely. But I am curious to what are some of the 'must have' upgrades for durango users out there.

The track I will run it on is a clay track with medium to hight bite. currently the layout has only a 10' straight away. its very technical and has lots of turns. Though the last setup had a good straightaway. its not a large track. id's say small to medium.

Having done the shocks, I already will buy the better aluminum shock mounts to make those far easier to move. since its a clay track, I was going to get the shock boot covers as well as the driveshaft outdrive/axle boots as well to help keep it clean.

What upgrades do you guys like to use?

Aluminium RF suspension holders and an aluminium/carbon fiber steering rack are the main things to upgrade to increase durability.

Upgrades

Hi there

the only thing that you need is the alloy rear wheel hex drives, tyres and more tryes and of course loads of practice, the rest of it will not make you go any faster, just make your wallet lighter

Signed

Been there, done that and had the tee shirt

Tried all the extras & took it all off again.
The only thing i stuck with was the 60 g front rdrp weight.
Play about with weight .

Ceramic diff balls, springs. Locknuts on the wheels.

Buy expensive wights if you like but I bought a sheet of lead for £5 and made my own.

I run shorty lipos in mine to give more weight distribution options
