is the speed passion ultra sportsman off the list now? was there in 2012..?

i had a competition and a sportsman both worked fine main difference is that you couldnt adjust the timing on the sportsman.
it was a good budget buy at £29 as it was on the BRCA list now it doesnt seem to be???
