anybody know a good starting point with a 17.5 and a 87 tooth spur ? or have a gear chart ? thanks

I'm still new to this an don't understand the gearing chart, all I see is numbers, is there a general rule that u should be under a certain number or something?

Novak has a chart that recommends a fdr for different classes/motors. Their site appears to be down, put a copy of their chart on my site http://durangofansite.com/gearing.html
