I dony believe it!
Sold my Axial crawler the other day with no TX, but included a 2ch Traxxas unit f.o.c. so the buyer could get things up and running, I did include a 4ch RX though.
Now Im getting earache demanding a refund as the crawlers 'broken' when even I can work out the guys not doing something with his radio. Motor is a split new 55t Novak, no problems there and a quick dab of a 7.2v pack would show thats fine....Yes?:) Steering servo is a decent BB job with more than enough power and could be checked with any old 2ch tranny.....yes?:) DIG unit needs a channel of its own, but could be checked by disconnecting the arm and working it manually, the servo again with the old 2ch....Yes?:) ESC is solid sate with usual chirps etc on setup, a chirping noise says its not getting a signal, meaning a problem with a radio.....yes?:) So theres a working crawler with no radio signal as far as I can see, am I missing something? :o This is like flogging a piano and when it arrives, theres a complaint they cant play the piano..... |
I have no idea on anything you've said...
What is he saying doesn't work? Get skype and deal with him direct, in real time, with the vehicle in front of you. |
Maybe would have been a good idea to set it up then before sending it?

The crawler worked fine last time used Mark, but the TX I used then got sold with a boat, I used that TX in most things as I knew where everything was.
I threw in 3ch freebie that was tested previously, but there was ye olde am/fm crystals drama. Now the fellas saying he cant work anything, strange as he would have to use his own radio gear that I have no control over. Im just asking in case Im missing something glaringly obvious as we can all do from time to time. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x Banging my head against a brick wall there I think, Im just going to refund him to save the stress. S'a funny ol game innit? |
