worksop "the players meeting" 23/24 march

hi, im wondering when roughly people expect to get confirmation back for this meeting, i posted my entry with SAE on the first monday after the entry came out.

would like to book a travel lodge etc asap but need to know if entry is accepted first.

thanks in advance

If you sent your entry in that early Martin then take it that you're in..

orinoco 16-02-2013 10:53 AM

I'm the same Martin, I sent it on the Sunday but haven't heard anything yet. Here's hoping as I've heard other folk say they've had confirmation.

muzzy 17-02-2013 12:25 AM

confirmations will be done this week........

Hi all,
Just noticed this. As James has said if you sent your entry that early then assume you are in and get your hotel booked, while the rates are cheaper!
As I mentioned in another thread, confirmations will be sent out later this week as I have a stack of entries to work my way through but I have been working away all last week so not had chance to do any as yet. But I know they are all sat there waiting for me when I do get back!!
If you haven't yet sent it your entry but you want to race then please get it done asap to avoid being too late!
I can also confirm no one has had any confirmation as yet, so whoever has told you that has probably only heard by word of mouth as they maybe handed me the entry form at the last Worksop event, no paper confirmations have been sent as yet.
Hope this helps.

Cheers for the reply Muzzy.

orinoco 27-02-2013 09:28 AM

Hi guys,

Just so you know I have been sending the confirmations out over the last few days so these should be with you any day now.

Spaces still available in both classes so get your entries sent in if you want to come and compete at the event.

KennyClark 27-02-2013 07:40 PM

Cheers for that Muzzy.
Lets see some more Scottish entries then guys.
I can't wait!

You could get the train to Worksop - its within walking distance of the track!

chris68nufc 01-03-2013 07:50 PM

I might just drive.....like I have done for years!!! Shame as the Scots will be passing my door!!!!

discothesnake 01-03-2013 08:28 PM

Nice idea but we don't go anywhere near Newcastle when We head down to Worksop. M74, M6 to Penrith then A66 then A1M.

Nice try tho......
