Storm Valley Raceway
 

For a while now rumours have been circulating about a potential new indoor offroad dirt track in the UK – suitable for both 1/8 Nitro & 1/10 Offroad electric cars.

The permanent track looks like it will be based in Midlands, open 7 days a week for practice with racing two to three Sundays per month and will be the first of its kind in the UK – a fully functional US-style indoor track with covered pitting for 100 drivers as well as on site shop, catering and facilities.

Sounds a fantastic idea.. always thought that a " dutch type " open barn over a track would be great.. although this sounds completely indoors.Hope it is as well prepared as RHR and if so could be perfect.! Lets wait and see...:drool:

Agree, we need something like this in various regions, hopefully as time goes on,
More people are welocomed into the hobby and the numbers grow as then, will the venues.

Would love to do an indoors Clay track with all the facilities etc in my area, but the price of buildings suitable are just plain impossible round here.

No more than 45 mins on a slow run from Ellesmere Port, I am in!

Im liking this too, hope its 10th friendly if its being designed for both scales.

Excellent news, less than a 45 minute drive away and with food on site. This is the perfect excuse to now purchase the 1/8th Nitro!:D
