What are the differences in the tyre foam inserts for 1/10th please

hard less gripp/less side bite/more wear in the center of the tire
soft more grip/ more side bite/ evens wear out a little
medium
tubby fills out the tire more helps keep it shape better
thin
two stage more or less of both
