Help needed cat sx3 set ups

Hi all took my cat sx3 out today on I tite carpet indoor track and it was terrible is there any good base setups for carpet for me to try
Car was rolling to much
Crip rolling a lot
Rear of car felt good but the front was a bit lazy
Then would snap in and flip the car :cry:
