Spacer under rear camber link plate on SV2

Am I right in thinking this spacer can be left out so the camber link plate sits lower on the chassis? If so how does this effect handling and is it common not to use it?

Additionally when using the optional wider front camber plates it appears I will need shorter turnbuckles? What length of turnbuckle will I need?

Thanks

Yes you can leave the spacer out if you want to.
By lowering the inside ball stud I find it gives you a little more grip initially turning into the corner but the rear brakes away more violently/suddenly.
By raising it up it takes away a little grip but stays more consistent and progressive when it does break away.

For the wider front camber plates you will need turnbuckles about 50mm

Thanks for that lads,

What effect does the longer front plates have compared with the stock ones? I found the car to be very twitchy on astro during its first run especially on corner exit, will this help here?

The wider link should calm it down on the front end.
