Help identify please **Even more found 10/01/2013**
Just found this whilst clearing a void property at work.

That'll be an early Mardave 1/8 F1 chassis if I'm not mistaken. Nice find. :)

Thanks, do you know any where I can find some general information about the car from. I fancy a restore :)

Just had a quick look and there doesn't appear to be much on the web about them. I do know that Mardave also produced this chassis with a Ford Capri RS2600 shell.

Theres a few slight differences (mainly the engine not chassis but otherwise id say it was the same thing

The two new 1/8th cars are PB-2, the second car PB Racing made. The red body and the two new bodies are all PB. The stock car (red/yellow body) is a Mardave Stock Car.
The small F1 car is a Mardave, the batteries mounted in two sticks down either side of the chassis which is why there is old tape on there. The Porsche is a Lectricar, there should be a U shaped top to the radio box. |
