which is the best pay as go tariff for texting whilst abroad .

depends where your going but most places its cheaper to buy a local sim card when you get there and use that (just make sure your phone is unlocked).

You can buy "Roaming sim"..........do a google

have not used one of these but seem simple enough, must be an expert on here somewhere.
