Time to start the weather lottery again, see how we fair!

Needless to say, we will be racing this coming Sunday as long as it's dry enough!

New toys for Christmas but not in time for this Sunday.
Sunday weather is looking good although we might need to do some brushing off of water first thing as Saturday is due rain :(

Had a new Durango for Xmas hopeing to race only if my new lipo battery arrive in time fingers crossed !!!

Just went and had a look at track on way home from work and considering the rain the track looks quite good !

Woohoo...heading over there in a bit myself to take a look and do a bit of water removal if it needs it....there's a bit more rain forecast this afternoon, but then dry overnight and sunny and bright tomorrow :D

Plan is...remove as much water I can this afternoon, then if there's any back on it in the morning we'll remove it when we get there, give it a chance to dry briefly, and have a delayed start!

Since it should be dry and bright (if a little chilly) throughout the day, we will be running outdoors tomorrow...even if it's late starting! As the day goes on it should dry out and improve :)

Looking forwards to some outdoor fun :D:D

This is my first post! Dan Osborne has got me back in to this and can't thank him enough! Looking forward to turning up my rustler see what it can do! Looking forward to this! Fingers crossed it's still on!

Bought myself a b4 just before Christmas, can't wait to run down on ur track tomorrow, spotted the track the last time I was on the Tarmac last time!

...weather update...I was down a the track for an hour or so earlier, cleared the bombhole out and a few other puddles...track was looking damp, but good...but now it's effing raining again!!!

Fingers crossed it stops soon, and we don't get any big patches of standing water, but the track is going to be wet tomorrow...everything is completely saturated after the relentless rain we're having, and won't dry out completely...but as long as it's dry during the day, it'll be plenty raceable...it does still seem to be draining well over the mnajority of the track.

...wet setups and bluetac at the ready folks...roosters here we come :woot:

Oh....and something I'd forgotten to mention sooner...

We are now offically a BRCA affiliated club...this means that you need to be a BRCA member to race.

And since we're into a new year, this means YOU MUST HAVE A VALID 2013 MEMBERSHIP.

No exceptions.

Anyone who hasn't done their 2013 membership can pay for one on the day with us and we'll arrange an affiliated membership for you!

As of tomorrow, people who have never raced before, and have never been BRCA members, get 3 trial goes for free to give it a go. After the trial period you must then join the BRCA, either via us as an affiliated member, or you can apply yourselves through the BRCA website :)
