Sanwa Gemini 2 40mhz signal issues
 

Hi lads,

I have a Sanwa Gemini 40mhz tranny and reciever combo and last Sunday I came across an issue. I started getting interference during a race and when I looked at the bottom left hand corner of the digital screen on the radio there was a signal logo (similar to on a mobile phone) with a cross through it. The audible sound when you scroll through the radios menu hhas stopped too however the buttons do appear to be working. I recharged the radio's battery pack but still seem to have a very glitchy car despite it saying I now have full battery.

Worth noting also is that this was the first time I had used my new SV2 chassis as previously I ran the 22 so was wondering whether it could be the carbon fibre causing glitching? And also, I accidentally put the nicd transmitter battery on a Nimh charge with my charger last week so don't know if this could have damaged it?

Have any of you suffered this problem and if so what can I do
