Soft

Indoor tyre

PS

If foams aren't suitable for indoor then what is? (no spikes)

Cheers

I race a 2wd drive indoors on carpet and use yellow Schumacher mini pins on the front and rear or yellow cut staggers on the front, I generally trim off the outer rows of pins with the dremel or scissors.

Try this by a guy called Elvo http://users.telenet.be/elvo/ great website with some fantastic mind blowing insight into car performance page 14 in the tyre section specifically deals with inserts but it's worth reading the whole section
