WEST COUNTRY RESORTS WINTER OPEN - PRE BOOKING OPEN!!
 

YRCC are pleased to announce that on Sunday 20th January 2013 we will be holding the WEST COUNTRY RESORTS WINTER OPEN. This is the main event and the reason for the successful winter warm up held on 23rd December. The event will be open to 2wd, 4wd and SC Trucks. There will be trophies given to the top three in each final as well as the top three over 40’s and the top three under 16’s. Each driver entered will also receive a raffle ticket that will give them a chance to win the following prizes……

• A family holiday in the South West of England donated by WEST COUNTRY RESORTS
• 2 Tickets to the Rooster Valentine Ball being held at the Rookery Manor on 16th February 2013
• Domain name of your choice (subject to availability) and web hosting package donated by SIMPLE HOSTING UK
• Various RC prizes donated by SOUTH WEST RC

We will be taking pre-bookings for this event and the details are as follows……….

• Date: Sunday 20th January 2013
• Venue: YRCC
• Time: Gates open at 8:00am and booking in starts at 8:30am
• Classes: 2wd, 4wd and SC Trucks
• Cost: £10 for one class and £5 for any additional classes
• Trophies: Yes, given to top 3 in each final, top 3 under 16′s and top 3 over 40′s
• Tyres: We recommend Schumacher Yellow mini-pins or Ballistic Buggy white mini-pins for the rear and Schumacher Yellow cut staggers for the front on 2wd and mini-pins as rear for 4wd front.

Payment for the meeting is now being taken on the day as we didn't have many people take up the PayPal option.

Hi Rych, Yes everything is still on go ahead. I have been down the track this evening sorting stuff out. I managed to get out of my road and it is on a hill. Fingers crossed for all that have booked in that it is alright on Sunday.

I will be there from 07:30. Hope to see you all there.

i take it yatton is not under 10 feet of snow and it still game on for sunday?

Snow almost gone from here only my side road has a bit left but main roads are clear as if nothing had happened. Been out this morning to town to see what its like.
Rob , is the coffee and tea lady coming again to serve her wares as was gratefully recieved last time.
