servo on aux switch

wondered if you could run a servo on an aux switch, ive got a DX3S and want to make a lorry with opening doors. so i want to know if its possible to make it so the servo opens the door and it is linked to the auxiliary switch, so you flick the switch on the remote (DX3S) and the doors open, flick it back and they will close, dont know how ive explained the idea but any feedback will be appreciated, and mainly, anyone know if this will work and how

yep should be no problem thats just the sort of thing its designed for

just remember to set end points of servo travel so its not straining when doors are fully open or closed

i suspect the aux channel is preset to switch or dial you will need to set end points as per steering servo

you may need to switch function on in the menu somewhere
