Sanwa RX-451R problem

Hi,

Just bought this receiver but the servo is not working?
Binding, polarity etc.. are fine, tried the servo in my other car and that is also ok + throttle is also ok.

I have the same type of receiver in my other cars and they work perfectly.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks!

depends on the servo and if your using the same module on the transmitter if not just check your not in hrs mode on new module as a analoge servo wont run in hrs mode

Servo is digital, also tried the servo from my other car and all is fine.

Seems that the servo port on the receiver has no power.

Faulty receiver??

The SHR mode won't work with a digital servo from another brand than sanwa with the R version. You need to use normal mod for the steering.

NEVER run a 451R with an analog servo, it will damage it

swop rx into car that does work properly that will prove rx is good or bad

as you havent swopped any other items (providing the other rx is the same as the one you think may be faulty

Did the switch and it's the same problem.

Just seems strange that all the ports on the rx are fine except the one from te servo.

well you have diagnosed fault then unfortunately

you may be able to take out of case and see if there is a break in the solder tracks any where or a loose pin

if you have recently purchased it politely inform seller its faulty and youwould like your money back if its paypal purchased you can still claim a refund

most genuine sllers will refund your money

Now that I'm sure the servo port doesn't give any power I was wondering if I could use the aux port for using the servo?

Does the servo work and if so, can i link the aux port on the transmitter steering??

Thanks for the help!

Have you tried plugging a transponder into the steering port on the RX, (it should light up) this would tell you if it's a power related problem or a signal problem
