Gearing for XLS/Pro Cat

Im just wondering what gearing I should be running on a 10.5 in one of the above, 48 DP preferably

I've put in a SP 10.5 and I'm starting with 24/87, which is an FDR of 8.81

I haven't driven it yet but I suspect I might need to go lower i.e. higher pinion.
