Novarossi Plus 21-4 BTT

Novarossi 21-4 BTT engine. Had this from new, ran in perfectly running brilliantly. After just over 1 gallon, I decided to take it apart and Look at the bearings etc.. Decided to change the front bearing.

Did this and was about to put everything back in when I dropped the case.
it bounced off the floor and broke a piece off the top of the case, where the head button rests. (Gutted:ambivalence:)

I managed to find a brand new case with front and rear bearings installed off ebay from America. This took about 4 weeks to arrive, and in the mean time I bought another engine.

The new case turned up and I assembled it again. I have put 3 tanks through the new case and bearings and everything is perfect. Still has loads of compression and easily does 10 min run times.

So to sum up

Case and bearings = 3 tanks old
Piston, liner, crank, head button and head just over 1 gallon old

Excellent condition engine. I bought a new one waiting for the new case to come, and this is far to good to keep as a spare.
